....but a new one is about to begin!
Hello my friends and KW family.
Effective today 9/30/10, today will be my last day as Keller Williams Stockton Team Leader.
Now before any rumors go out regarding me or KW in gereal, let's set some things straight:
1) I love KW and everything that it stands for.
2) This decision was 100% my own and completely voluntary.
I recently heard some rumbles within our industry saying some not so nice things about me. False rumors about me stepping down. (Doncha just hate that?)
So here's the exciting news:
I'm still going to be a HUGE part of continuing the success here at Stockton Keller Williams. We are increasing market share and giving some of the best training available in the San Joaquin Valley. I'll still be helping with the recruiting and education here during the transition period over the next couple of months. During this time, Dan Dent will be transitioning in as the interim Team Leader.
I had a tearful Monday talking to all the agents at KW Stockton. While they were not excited about my decision, they have all been so supportive and want what's best for me. How can you ask for anything more?
I want to say thank you to all of the core agents at our company. Julie Cosgrove, Ben Adrian, Brady Rankin, Ana Pacheco, Anita Bonner, Wanda Garbe, Wanda Russell, Deb Burness, Dennis Braun, Kim and John Salaices, and Cynthia Summers. You guys and gals have been the constant at our company and I am honored to have had the chance to work with you.
And thank you to all the agents that have come onboard and have become KW agents. Brian Pratt, Geneva Bamidele, Mike Mahaffey, Brian and Alisa Simmerman, Mercy Dumo, Evelyn Spittle, Ashley and Cathi Gipson, Cassie Rudd..... and so many more. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I hope I was a small part as to why you have come to KW Stockton.
Thank you to the FAB 5! Jonathan Engalla, Chris Alston, Jen Haus, and Nick Cameron. You guys and gal have been great role models for me. I strive everyday to be the best I can be - just to keep up with you! Here's to the next part of our journey together.
Theda Moore - Our MCA. What an amazing woman. She means the world to KW and I will miss having that TL/MCA relationship/friendship with her. Despite her own personal adversities, she comes to work everyday with a smile and a great attitude. Theda... thank you for all you do.
Dan Dent - The whateveritisthathedoes guy - Thank you for being my mentor the past 10 months. We worked through a TON of issues/problems/tasks/etc, and even when I didn't think it was possible, you always had the right plan of action. Your friendship and mentorship has been inspiring. Thank you.
Finally - Lisa Boone (or LaBoone as I call her).... where would I be without you. You have covered my mistakes, supported me during my successes, and believed in me when there were times that i didn't believe in myself. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I can never explain how much you mean to me. I hope that one day that you and I will be working together in a Leadership role once again.
So.... what now?
Despite conflicting information, I am happy and honored to be the Central Valley Association of Realtors President for 2011. That will not change and looking forward to leading our outstanding group of nearly 1700 CVAR Realtors.
I will continue to stay with Keller Williams Stockton and rebuild my team. Yes that means I can SELL AGAIN! So for all of you that got pissed off that I couldn't help you sell or buy real estate.... get pissed off no more! (I don't think that makes sense)
I'm so fortunate to have made so many amazing relationships over the past 8 years. Thank you to all of you who have helped shape me in to the businessman and person that I am today.
October 1st begins the new journey for Imran Poladi. Thank you to all of you who have been a part of my development as a Team Leader.
I hope I did you proud,
Imran
Imran,
I wish you the best. You were always there for me and I appreciated you more than you knewn. Good luck building your team. Julie Ramirez

Imran -
I know that the reasons for your difficult decision were heartfelt and conflicting. There is no reason that they need to be part of a public discussion; not now or ever. Please let me know if there is anything that I personally or The Nines Team as a whole can do to help you as you launch your team. We all wish you the highest levels of success ...
