I'm looking to hire for the following position:
MARKETING/OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
The position includes the following responsibilities:
- Creating marketing pieces (including flyers, mailers, etc)
- Updating FaceBook and Twitter
- Booking real estate events and marketing for attendance
- Creating dynamic ads for Craiglist and other internet sites
- Working with REALTORS(r) to create and build relationships between the agent and the loan officer
- Providing Open House flyers/Marketing for Realtors (r)
- Many other office assistant type responsibilties
Position will start as a part time position at 20 hrs a week, but will most likely increase to full time within 90 days.
Position will be paid on an hourly basis and pay scale will depend on experience. Position will pay between $14-18/hr.
Applicants MUST be proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, Excel) and have strong marketing background.
While this is a real estate position, real estate experience is preferred, but not necessary.
